This is a an interview of President Duterte about the issue on revolutionary government. Duterte explain his campaign on revolutionary government because a lot of critics says it will become a war. Duterte try to clarify everything because of his critics misunderstand everything that he says.
He also added revolutionary government is not martial law it was just a way of preserving the country.
Duterte also says if the government will initially down he will never choose martial law but rather a revolutionary government if just in case the government is in a difficult situation.
