CHR WANTS TO INVESTIGATE MILITARY RULES OF ENGAGEMENT IN MARAWI IF THEY VIOLATED HUMAN RIGHTS ON TERRORIST

The commission on Human Rights said that they will investigate the military rules of engagement in Marawi if they have violated any  human rights that terrorist have.

The CHR wants to  secure "ang karapatan ng kabila,respeto din'' said CHR in an interview with UNTV

CHR also  requested the government to  stop Martial law in Mindanao.
